Chen is a senior executive with over 15 years of extensive experience in management, development and delivery of state-of-the-art multidisciplinary training, after action review and command and control systems to the military and homeland security markets. Before establishing PlaySight Interactive, Shachar was the CTO at Rontal Applications, a startup in the homeland security market, head of Training & Simulation at Ness A.T. (www.ness.com) and R&D manager at Simtech Advanced Training & Simulation. Shachar holds an ME in System Engineering and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering both from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa and is a retired Major from the Israeli Armed Forces and an elite technology unit of the IDF (Academic Reserve).

Evgeni is an expert in high end real-time 3D visualization. Before co-establishing PlaySight Interactive, he was Head of the Research and Advanced Technology group at Rontal Applications (www.rontal.com), Lead Visual Programmer at Ness A.T. (www.ness.com) and at Simtech Advanced Training & Simulation. Khazanov holds an MBA from the Open University of Israel and a B.Sc. in computer and statistical science from Bar Ilan University and is a retired Lieutenant from an elite intelligence technology unit of the IDF (Academic Reserve).

Asaf was the Chief Editor of www.mako.co.il, the 3rd most popular website in Israel. Mitzna has formulated the website, characterized it and turned it into the leading website of video content and social media in Israel. Mitzna had led academic courses in the fields of video and internet at the Tel Aviv University, and at the Herzliya Interdisciplinary Center (IDC). He has over 15 years of experience in journalism and senior editing at leading media firms in Israel, including establishment of complex TV and web media. Mitzna holds a BA in Communication and Management studies from Tel Aviv's Management College.

Yuval brings to PlaySight extensive multidisciplinary skills and experience in both large-scale Project Management, Product Management and sales. Throughout his career he has gained extensive experience in advanced 3D graphical and image based training and debriefing systems. Before joining PlaySight Yuval was Head of Product Management in Siemens Solar Thermal Energy business unit, Senior Project Manager for Rontal Applications, and Marketing and Sales manager for Rafael Advanced Defense Systems Ltd. In PlaySight Yuval served as VP Product and the general manager of PlaySight INC for the last 4 years. Yuval holds a BA in Computer Science from the Herzelia Interdisciplinary Center (IDC), Israel and is a retired IAF fighter pilot (Major).

Raz brings to PlaySight vast experience in building and managing technical teams. Raz has very high technical capabilities with an excellent interpersonal and leading skills that helps interact with tough customers and to maintain cohesive teams. Before joining PlaySight Raz was the director of customer support in 3M Electronic Monitoring for 12 years in which he managed 3 global teams Professional Services, Technical support and Help Desk. Raz holds a BA in Computer Science from Sapir Collage (Extension of Ben Gurion university).

Eran was appointed as CFO in March 2017, Eran is responsible for PlaySight’s Finance and Accounting. Eran brings an extensive background in corporate finance, financial controls and operations, audit, accounting and investor relations. Before joining PlaySight, Eran was CFO at Integrity Applications Inc. and previously he held several other financial roles among them VP at BlackRock Inc. and an auditor at Ernst & Young LLP. Eran is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel and the USA, holds a B.A. in accounting and economics from the Tel-Aviv University and MBA from the Israeli Technion Institute.
