In the middle of daily attacks from Hezbollah, they ignore the warning sirens. With no shelters to run to in the middle of the agricultural fields, these fearless heroes proceed with the annual olive harvest, knowing what they leave on the trees will be taken by our thieving cousins. At the end of each day, they load up the olives into their vehicles and rush to a Jewish olive press to produce the highest boutique quality olive oil.
