Aviv comes with a proven history of leading technology-intensive projects on strict timelines. Prior to founding Remilk, he was the COO of CyberTraits, Ltd., a start-up that developed automated candidate-position fit evaluation systems for HR markets. Wolff began his career as a team leader in Israel’s top classified elite special forces unit within the IDF, where he led teams of engineers and combat soldiers on complex, technologically intensive missions.

Dr. Cohavi brings to Remilk extensive expertise in the field of protein chemistry, alongside a deep background in corporate leadership and project management. Prior to Remilk, he served as head of Mitoconix Bio’s drug development team, as a project manager at Collplant, and as a senior researcher at Semorex Technologies. Education: Dr. Cohavi completed his doctorate and a post-doctorate at the Weitzman Institute of Science, on the topic of functional structure of proteins.

Dr. Gaydar has extensive experience in biophysics, biochemistry and cellular and molecular biology. Prior to her role at Remilk, Dr. Gaydar managed intellectual property rights and research projects in the field of TTField in cancer research at Novocure. Previously, she led several research projects at the Migal Institute . Education: Dr. Gaydar completed her doctorate and MSc. degree at the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

Dr. Holtz is the principal of Holtz Biopharma Consulting, a member of the Klyo Collaborative. He consults for pharma and bio-pharma companies in biologic therapeutics development, bioprocess design and facilities design and engineering. Dr. Holtz was the co-founder of five successful biotechnology companies including: Holtz Bioengineering, Large Scale Biology, InterveXion Therapeutics, G-CON Manufacturing and Caliber Biotherapeutics. Dr. Holtz has held research management positions at Foremost-Mckesson and was on the faculty of Ohio State University. He received his Ph.D. at Pennsylvania State University and was an NSF Postdoctoral Biochemist Fellow at Scripps Institution of Oceanography. Dr. Holtz has been awarded 24 US patents and has published over 65 scientific papers.

Mr. Paikowsky serves as a senior consultant at the Company. Zeev has served for the past ten years as the chief scientist of the Tnuva Group and has 40 years of experience in the food industry, mostly in milk. Zeev is a key figure who brings rich theoretical and practical knowledge when it comes to milk and the food industry.

A biochemist with expertise in microbiological, biochemical, chemical and molecular methods, in applicable and scientific aspects. Extensive experience working with researchers from diverse fields - including biologists and engineers from industry. Proficiency in working with bacteria and yeast, proteins, DNA and more. Extensive research experience in the fields of: microbiology, enzymatics, biochemistry and molecular biology, water treatment, natural materials and more. Publishing articles and presenting at international conferences, research grants, winning scholarships and awards. Has an excellent technical approach and experience in many methods and a variety of equipment.
