CEO

Udi was a founding member and led the product management team at Flash Networks. Udi headed the Company's multimillion-dollar partnership with Gilat Satellite Networks, a leading provider of satellite communication solutions. Next, Udi served as Head of Marketing in Native Networks, where he defined the marketing strategies that served the Company during the formative first three years. Then Udi served as a Senior Marketing Manager at Radware, contributing to developing its 4-7 layer switching and cybersecurity solutions. Finally, during his 10 years tenure in NICE as Director of Vertical Markets & Business Development, Udi devised the strategic plan for the transportation sector. The strategic plan led to NICE participation in EU-funded consortiums and secured the wins of major accounts in the transportation sector.

VP R&D

Igal is the VP R&D for IntellAct. He is an experienced engineering manager with 15 years of management experience from the high-tech industry and the military and a solid technical background developing machine vision products in multiple domains. Igal was the Director of R&D at RoadMetric (acquired by RedFlex), overseeing all aspects of development, combining software engineering, electronics design, and AI capabilities to create market-leading mobile traffic enforcement systems. Prior to that, Igal led a team to develop pavement management solutions by engineering a high-rate data collection, sensor fusion, distributed AI-based analysis and reporting pipeline at D-Vision Systems, and developing computer vision-based simultaneous localization and mapping solutions for the defense industry.

Serge is a leading consultant in the transport and energy sectors, specializing in AI, cybersecurity, and autonomous vehicles. Fluent in several languages, Serge excels at managing international projects, especially in high-tech fields where innovation is key. Previously, Serge consulted on large infrastructure energy, rail, and automation projects and held executive positions in major corporations such as Bombardier Transportation and Schneider Electric. More recently he held key business development and technical roles in cybersecurity and new electric mobility. Serge has published two books: What's on Their Mind? on biological and artificial intelligence which followed the success of his first book on electric driverless technologies.
