While visiting wounded soldiers at Ichilov hospital in Tel Aviv, I’m grateful I was able to give my sister, Dr Renana Eitan, a few moments of peace, and make music together, as we used to do growing up. The doctor, also a pianist, is the Director of the Psychiatric Division and is working with her incredible staff day and night since October 7th to provide a healing of body and spirit for so many traumatized people.
