He is an expert in wastewater monitoring and treatment technologies with more than 15 years experience in the field of wastewater management. As the VP of DHVMED, an international company, Ari was responsible for multidisciplinary environmental projects while managing international teams. In his role as VP Environmental Technologies at the Minister of Environment, Ari led the Israeli environmental policy. As the Process Manager and CTO of Jerusalem Wastewater Treatment Plant, Ari was in charge of field operations, implementing monitoring and treatment technologies for wastewater. Ari also served as a consultant to the Israeli Environmental Ministry Director-General in the area of industrial pollution policy making. Ari holds a B.SC in Biology and Environment from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and Management professional training for Senior Managers from Hamil Israel.

My dream is to work with every utility around the world so they can see, understand and act upon their sewage data” As a co-founder, Zohar built Kando's workforce and shaped the company's culture and work frame from the ground up. In her career at Kando, Zohar has held a variety of positions, including her current position as Chief Operations Officer, where she is responsible for establishing policies, developing processes, and overseeing operations to ensure the company's growth. Prior to Kando, Zohar was the HR Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO at DHV Israel, an International Environmental Consulting Firm. As part of her responsibilities at DHV, Zohar led HR, Finance, Logistics, and Suppliers. Prior to DHV, Zohar was a cross-organization Project Manager and Finance Controller at Cellcom, one of the largest mobile phone operators in Israel. Within this role, Zohar managed a team of 20 people and a budget of $10M US.
Ricardo (Caco) Gilead Baibich

“A water-energy-food-climate-technology nexus afficionado, I’ve been building multi- disciplinary teams and systems around it for the last 20 years” Ricardo is Kando’s CTO, providing innovative smart management solutions for wastewater utilities. Holding a BSc in Software Engineering and with 20 years of experience in Research and Development in water and wastewater monitoring and precision agriculture, Caco was responsible for a number of international multidisciplinary projects, involving remote sensing, IoT and a lot of data and algorithms. Passionate about the Technology, Energy and Water nexus, has been building solutions for a better world ever since.
Erez Kahani

“A nature and adventure lover, I have held several senior positions in various Israeli high- tech companies, cultivating several small companies into large and successful enterprises” Mr. Kahani joined Kando as CFO in 2018. Prior to that, Mr. Kahani served as the CEO of GKH, one of Israel’s largest law firm specialized in high-tech and capital markets, where he Initiated and managed unique International business development efforts such as investment banking services and global investment initiatives. Before joining GKH, Mr. Kahani served as CEO of PowerID Ltd where he led the company since its inception, through product development until it reached commercial sales. Prior to that, he was Chief Financial Officer of Power Paper, where he led several major fund-raising rounds with prominent international investors. Before joining Power Paper, Mr. Kahani held several management positions at Gilat Satellite Networks (Nasdaq: GILT), a world leader in satellite communications. In his capacity as director of business development, he worked with strategic partners in the USA, Europe and Asia, established and managed several joint ventures in China, and was involved in securing financing from several international partners. As controller, he was very involved in Gilat's initial public offering on Nasdaq and several follow-on public offerings. Mr. Kahani holds a B.A. in economics and business administration from Tel Aviv University, where he also completed three years of MBA studies.

Gili served on the Board of Directors of the B’nai B’rith of the Rockies as Vice President. Previously, Gili was the Managing Director at SynTech Bioenergy, a waste-to-energy company located in Colorado. Gili is an Israeli lawyer, worked at Naschitz Brandes, ADV., an Israeli Corporate law firm, consulted at Ernst & Young and was the founder and CEO of wordprom.com. Gili earned her LLB and BA (in Law and Business) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and her MBA from the Graduate School of Business, Stanford University. Gili loves snowboarding and could melt by a high-quality dark chocolate.

Or believes there are three factors that can determine the speed and trajectory of an organization's growth: having great people, putting together a solid plan, and designing an implementation process that allows for focus and flexibility. As the founder of Israel's chief of staff forum, she fosters best practice sharing, networking, and professional development among Israel's top chiefs of staff across multiple sectors. Before joining Kando, Or founded an after-school supplementary education program for children. Previously, she held a variety of positions in the Prime Minister's Office.

He is a software and technology enthusiast, passionate about wastewater, water, and the environment, and a sports addict.

“My passion is to build a high performing sales teams, set strong strategy, organizational clarity, and focused on relentless execution” Galit serves as Kando's Senior Vice President of Global Sales. She is primarily responsible for generating revenue for the company and scaling it up. With innovation, enthusiasm, and expertise, she develops and leads global sales teams that grow the customer base and maximize revenue for each territory. Before joining Kando, Galit served as Director of Sales for EMEA, APAC & LATAM at SysAid Technologies Ltd, which provides a fully scalable, agile, and cost-effective ITIL certified tool that enhances operational efficiency & organizational productivity. Previously, she served as the Co-Founder and CEO of Takeat Inc. By successfully interpreting market analysis, she fostered relationships with TV companies, American Express (AMEX), and websites. Her responsibilities included conceptualizing and developing strategic business plans and deck preparation presentations. Additionally, she coordinated all aspects of sales penetration strategies and metrics. For most of her career, Galit was employed at Comverse, where she most recently held the position of VP Regional manager. During this position, Galit oversaw a team of seven Sales Managers to achieve $35M in annual revenues, exceeding the previous overall metric of $20M by $15M. Additionally, she coordinated the vendor selection process in partnership with key stakeholders, identifying and strengthening relationships and collaborative efforts and ensuring ongoing procurement involvement.
