CEO
Tomer Tzach serves as the CEO and Board Member at CropX. Tomer served as CEO at Zoara and Clixie. Tomer also served as CEO at ViewScore. Tomer is a seasoned manager with strong technological and financial background, including managing three technological companies that generated multi-million dollar revenues, two of which were acquired by strategic investors under his leadership. In addition, Tomer was an acting partner at Eurofund, Israel's most successful venture 2000 VC fund. John holds a PhD in geography and environment; MSc in environment change and management from Oxford University; and BSc in mathematics from the University of Arkansas.

Janneke has been listed in The Inspiring 50 list, a list of the top 50 most influential and inspiring tech-women in the Netherlands. She holds a master’s degree in law and business administration from the University of Groningen, the Netherlands.

Experience: Eitan rejoined CropX to lead the company’s activity in NZ, after having served as the COO between 2016-2019. Over the past two years, Eitan worked at Elbit Security Systems as VP Homeland Security. Eitan has garnered vast executive managerial experience with companies such as AGT International Group, Logic and 3i-Mind, leading successful largescale projects in areas of safe and smart cities, critical infrastructure protection, intelligence and homeland security. Before joining CropX, Shai was CEO of XACT Robotics. Before this, Shai held key management positions including at XACT Robotics and Wavion Networks, were Shai was CFO, VP operations and then appointed general manager. Before this Shai was head of finance for Marvell Israel. Shai holds a BA in economics and accounting from Haifa University and a CPA certificate.

Julia brings with her more than 20 years of experience in corporate development, partnerships, M&As and business strategy. Prior to joining CropX, Julia held roles such as Corporate Development Director at STK Bio-Ag Technologies, a leading global biopesticide company, and as Deputy Head of M&A at Caisse des Depots et Consignations in France. Earlier in her career, Julia served as an associate director at Lazard Freres Investment Banking and as a Manager at KPMG Corporate Finance. Julia holds an MBA from ESSEC Business School in France.
