Zeev is the co-founder and CEO of Siteaware, where he sets the company's strategy and mission. With over ten years of experience in leading SaaS companies, Zeev has a proven track record of driving revenue growth, streamlining operations, and acting as a change agent in transforming businesses. Companies under his leadership have generated revenues exceeding $100M in aggregate. At Siteaware, Zeev has been instrumental in creating a new category in the ConstructionTech sector, redefining how the industry accepts AI-based quality management to replace human inspections. Zeev holds a BSc in computer engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and served in Israel’s elite 8200 intelligence unit. Known for his entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability, Zeev continues to push the boundaries of what is possible in the SaaS and technology sectors with a clear vision to revolutionize the construction industry through cutting-edge digital solutions.

Maayan Shekel is the chief product and technology officer (CPTO) and a founding member of Siteaware. She joined the company at its restart in 2018 as the VP of R&D. Currently, Maayan manages both R&D and product, playing a key leadership role in driving the company’s innovation and growth. Maayan graduated from the prestigious Shchakim program and served as an officer in Israel’s elite 8200 intelligence unit. She holds a BSc in electrical and electronical engineering from Tel-Aviv University and has extensive experience in software engineering, focusing on algorithm research and development across multiple platforms. In addition to her technical and leadership roles at Siteaware, Maayan is a dedicated contributor to the local tech community, serving as a mentor and program manager, helping nurture the next generation of tech innovators.

Sophie Caspi is the Vice President of Finance at Siteaware where she oversees the company’s financial strategy, ensures compliance, and guides its rapid growth. Since joining, Sophie has played a key role in developing financial processes, managing budgeting, and leading fundraising efforts. With over 20 years of experience in finance, business, and operations, and extensive experience as a CFO in venture capital funds, Sophie specializes in developing and executing strategic business plans, with expertise in business model development, pricing strategies, budgeting, and complex negotiations. She has successfully managed multiple fundraising rounds, securing both equity and debt financing from financial institutions and venture capitalists.

Brian Reyes is the VP of Revenue at Siteaware, where he leads the company's revenue growth strategies and sales operations. Since joining in 2021, Brian has played a key role in aligning customer needs with Siteaware's business goals, previously serving as VP of Customer Success & Value. Before joining Siteaware, Brian was a founding member of the Austin office at Procore Technologies, where he worked with the largest GCs on enterprise adoption. Known for his strategic mindset and focus on client success, Brian continues to drive Siteaware’s growth in the ConstructionTech sector.
