Overview: BlueTree Technologies

BlueTree enables the global production of natural, great-tasting beverages with reduced sugar content.

Natural beverages, such as 100% natural squeezed orange juice, enjoy a reputation of being healthy. They are, however, high in sugar, which contributes to obesity, associated with cancer, and in some places is subject to warning labels and sugar taxes.

BlueTree has developed a physical platform to selectively remove natural sugar and can be used with any natural liquid with high sugar content. The process does not include the addition of any chemicals or other substances, leaving the original source a 100% natural product with all other ingredients left intact.

BlueTree's platform can also be used to reduce sugar in other beverages, such as regular and alternative milk. The company is also developing a platform to reduce sugar in natural alcoholic beverages such as wine and beer which may also be used for non-alcoholic products. The global sugar reduction market is expected to reach $30B by 2030.
