Naama Alon

Founder, Chief of Creative & Vision

As Cofounder and Chief of Creative & Vision at HoneyBook, Naama ensures our members’ voices are always at the forefront of everything we do. She drives design and steers the product roadmap through user research and listening to our community needs. Naama can relate to the pains of our community because she herself was a creative small business owner. Prior to HoneyBook, Naama was a UX Designer at design agency, Red Interactive. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design from Israel’s preeminent design school, Shenkar University.

Yen Yen Chow

CFO

Yen Yen brings nearly 20 years of finance and strategy experience to HoneyBook in her role as Chief Financial Officer. Most recently, she was the VP of Finance at Lookout, a cybersecurity company focused on securing the mobile devices of tens of millions of individuals, enterprises and government agencies. In this role, she built the finance function from the ground up during a growth phase for the company in which revenue increased 15x. Previously she held strategic finance positions at CBS Interactive and Yahoo!, and began her career in investment banking at Salomon Smith Barney. Yen Yen received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Business Economics from UCLA. Outside of work, Yen Yen enjoys baking delicious treats and chasing around her 5-year old twin boys.

John Kramer

COO

John leads our sales, support, and operations teams at HoneyBook and is our chief fire fighter and problem solver on the front lines. Prior to HoneyBook John was an investment banker for Citi, where his tenure spanned New York, Sao Paulo and Singapore. Prior to Citi John worked with early stage companies in the China mainland for over five years. John received an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a BS in Analytical Finance and an MS in Accountancy from Wake Forest University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder, and even a halfway decent cook. He’s a few passport stamps shy of visiting 100 countries, as HoneyBook keeps him on a tight leash.

Yona Levine

Head of Growth

As the first, and founding, employee, Yona has seen and scaled HoneyBook through every milestone in its history. After building an engineering team as Head of Software, and leading the product org as Head of R&D, Yona realized that companies grow best when marketing, product, and engineering work in close concert on a unified vision of the customer journey. Accordingly, she built and now leads HoneyBook’s Growth Team: a cross-functional group of marketers, developers, product managers, data scientists, and growth hackers using data and customer-obsession to find opportunities to connect HoneyBook members to value and delight. Prior to HoneyBook, Yona led engineering teams for a variety of startups and enterprises including AT&T, Modu, and Safend.
