• Chen did his mandatory military service at the Israeli Air Force Academy and continued to serve as an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) operator, mission commander, and flight instructor. • 19 years of experience in the defense UAV industry including Elbit Systems, Aeronautics, and Israel Aircraft Industries (IAI) as a UAV test pilot for larger UAVs, and in ground control stations and C4 system development teams and management. • Experienced in the development of the Air EV concept and prototypes and flight testing.

• Completed electronic engineering and MBA studies at Tel Aviv University. • Professional commanding intelligence officer, veteran IDF (8200). • Over 20 years in leading high-tech program and product lines roles.

Experience prior to Air EV includes having served as UAS senior project system engineer at Elbit Systems and UAS senior system engineer at Aeronautics.
