SAM Seamless Network

Sivan Rauscher is the co-founder and CEO of SAM Seamless Network. Previously, Sivan worked at Comsec Global, where she oversaw product management and provided high level strategic consulting in both Israel and Europe. Prior to her time at Comsec Global, Sivan served as Chief of Staff of the Cyber Division of the ISNU, where she managed and planned Cyber Security operations. Sivan holds a Master’s degree in Diplomacy and Governance from Israel’s Interdisciplinary Center.

Shmuel Chafets is the Co-founder of SAM Seamless Networks and the Founding Partner of Target Global. With a 15-year career in early-stage investing, Shmuel has backed over 50 companies in the SaaS, B2C, and Fintech sectors. His notable investments at Target Global include Auto1 (AG1), McMakler, TravelPerk, Patiant21, Fresha, MAYD, Voyantis, Cybellum (Sold to LG), and Zooz (Sold to PayU). Before co-founding SAM, Shmuel was a Partner at Berlin-based Hasso Plattner Ventures, where he led investments in iZettle (sold to PayPal) and Hansoft (sold to Perforce). He began his venture career at Giza Venture Capital and co-founded GPV, a pioneering investor in the CEE region. Shmuel's entrepreneurial journey also includes co-founding LocaLoco in the gaming sector (sold to Say Media Group).

Hila Graubard is the Vice President of Finance at SAM Seamless Network, overseeing all financial functions, including accounting, corporate finance, and investor relations. With over a decade of financial leadership experience in both public and private high-tech companies, Hila has played pivotal roles in various stages of corporate growth, from startup to acquisition. Her professional journey includes significant executive contributions at firms such as PwC, dbMotion, and Sygnia (a Team8 company). Hila holds a degree in accountancy and economics from Israel’s Tel Aviv University, where she graduated Cum Laude.

Jeff Holleran is the VP Product for SAM Seamless Network, where he leads product roadmap and the implementation of core products for strategic partners. With broad go to market experience across enterprise software and services companies including Kognitiv, BlackBerry, Sykes and GTE, Jeff specializes in delivering products that solve business challenges. He has a diverse background with roles across sales, product management, corporate strategy and leading business development for transformational M&A activities. Jeff has built expertise in harnessing cybersecurity's potential to provide value-added services for telecom firms, ultimately benefiting end users. Jeff holds a BS in Computer Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology.

Yaron Benita is the VP of Research and Development at SAM Seamless Networks. Before joining SAM, Yaron held various managerial positions in R&D and business development at ARRIS, BigBand Networks, 3COM, and Deloitte & Touch. These roles encompassed both technical and business aspects across various technologies, markets, and company sizes. Yaron holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) and a Master of Science (MSc) in Software Engineering from DePaul University in Chicago.

Nadav Liebermann is the VP of Innovation and Data for SAM Seamless Network. Previously Nadav held various leadership positions including CTO of CropX an Agriculture Technology company, co-founder and CEO of NI-O Toys a consumer electronics company, and Head-Engineer of Tuglit Dead Sea Research. He is a seasoned technology executive experienced in leading engineering and research teams & driving organization-wide innovation and taking concepts from ideation to large-scale customer deployments. Nadav holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Israel’s Tel Aviv University.

Ifat Henig is the VP of Human Resources at SAM Seamless Network. Prior to joining SAM, she gained valuable experience at Samanage, which was subsequently acquired by SolarWinds. During her tenure at Samanage, Ifat expertly oversaw the complete spectrum of recruiting processes, managed new-hire orientation, implemented strategies for employee retention and welfare, spearheaded the development of a Social Responsibility program, and established robust training processes. Ifat holds an MBA in Business Management from Israel’s College of Management.
