Assaf Frenkel
Co-Founder & CEO
Has led hi-tech initiatives with experience in business management, venture and M&As for more than two decades. He was the founder and head of the Mobile Engagement Business Unit at NICE Systems (NASDAQ:NICE), where he headed Strategy and M&A for the Enterprise business. Assaf also held leadership positions in business and product at NICE Cyber business unit (later sold as Cyberbit). He co-founded and led Mybitat, an Internet of Things (IoT) analytics startup leveraging machine learning to understand senior’s behavior routines at home. He also served VP of Product & Marketing at CallVU, a startup focusing on digital engagement. Assaf has held various roles in investments, including Managing Partner at Ridge Global Capital Group, an investment fund focused on Israeli Cyber security technology, venture partner at MoonScape Ventures, an IoT fund, and as investment professional at Gemini Venture Capital. He is a Lieutenant Colonel (Res.) of Israeli SIGINT unit 8200. Assaf holds a BSc. in Electronic Engineering and Computer Science from Tel-Aviv University, and is the holder of US patents in cyber security and customer experience domains.

Is a serial entrepreneur with extensive technological background and decades of experience in senior leadership roles in the IDF Intelligence. Avi was the founder & CEO of Cyber Odysseys and has worked with Fortune 100 companies worldwide to build global businesses.
Avihood Ben-Ari
Co-Founder & Executive Chairman
Mr. Avihood Ben-Ari is a Co-Founder and serves as Executive Chairman at SeeTrue. He started SeeTrue following a lengthy career in the Israel Defense Forces. While there, he served in the Elite Special Operation Division and attained the rank of Brigadier General. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies and a Master's degree in Government and Homeland Security.
Amir Lidor
VP Product
Amir Lidor has over 15 years of experience leading product, research, design and development of analytic, storage, virtualization, cloud and distributed highly-available technologies. Prior to joining SeeTrue, Amir served as VP Product for Kaminario – a leading provider of data-storage platforms, responsible for the company’s product strategy, roadmap and lifecycle management from concept to phase out. During that time, Amir led the product through a complex change in the company to a 100% software company and took part in strategic deals and engagements. Prior to Kaminario, Amir was VP R&D of AGT IoTA developing cloud-based analytics technology. Prior to that, Amir was Director of Engineering in IBM Real Time Compression, leading the compression and deduplication technologies development in the IBM Storage products. Amir started his career in Kashya - a startup developing a network-based, heterogeneous storage replication solution which was acquired by EMC. Amir holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Yuval Amsterdam
VP Customer Success
Over 20 years of operational experience in security and explosives. He is a former officer and EOD (Explosives Ordnance Disposal) Team Leader in the IDF. Following IDF he served as an expert in explosives at the Israel Security Agency. Over the past 15 years, Yuval has evaluated and certified most Explosives Detection Systems (EDS) and Trace Detection Systems (TDS) that are implemented currently, as well as prototypes of newly developed models not yet launched in the market. Yuval’s other prior roles include Director of Business Development for L3 Communication Europe and Director of Marketing and Sales at TraceGuard Inc, where he supported presales activities including certifications of the systems in Europe and the US. Yuval was in charge of managing the Homeland Security department at Tamar-Explosives LTD and was responsible for developing a new series of products for TSA and for marketing them – activities that opened the market and resulted in multi-million-dollar sales. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ort Braude College and an MBA from Ben Gurion University.
Prof. Yehoshua (Josh) Zeevi

Prof. Yehoshua (Josh) Zeevi is a Professor and a former Dean of the Andrew and Erna Viterbi Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology, where he was the incumbent of the Seiden Chair in Computer Sciences. Josh has had a long academic career at the Technion, U.C. Berkeley, Harvard, MIT and Columbia University. He is well known as an entrepreneur and co-founder of Israeli startups, including Cortica. More than a few of his inventions have been incorporated into various advanced technologies.
