As we mark Purim Katan, these are the days that all those years ago the most diabolical mission of destruction of the Jewish people ever was thought up. In a time before technology, Haman succeeded in convincing Achashverosh to implement a plan to murder every Jew in every country on one day, sending messages across the entire empire signed and sealed by the king. In a way that only Hashem can, everything got turned around. We so desperately need this turnaround in our days too – for our soldiers fighting so bravely, for all our hostages to be returned.
