NeuReality is developing an AI industry-disrupting system architecture that offers an up to 10X reported improvement in cost and energy efficiency compared with today’s CPU reliant architectures used by NVIDIA, and others in the market to build GPU servers and other AI acceleration servers.
Considerable effort goes into developing new and better AI chips, but with conventional architectures, a board outfitted for AI deployment needs CPU and networking chips that are increasing the cost of the system and limiting the output of the AI acceleration chips altogether. NeuReality reduces that outlay by an order of magnitude with an architecture designed from the start to meet the needs of AI inference processing.
An additional barrier to AI adoption is the complexity of the software used to manage DLAs and efficient AI systems. NeuReality makes implementing AI much simpler for the data scientists and DevOps engineers with a software development kit that provides the required tools with a simple user experience.
NeuReality provides three unique levels of value add to inference that don’t exist today with software tools and runtime:
- Model: NeuReality provides holistic AI inference model execution which enhances the inference system to handle any trained model
- Media Processing: NeuReality provides full AI pipeline offload tools and runtime for processing the media that is consumed or generated by the AI model
- Interface: NeuReality provides server interface application that connect to any distributed management environment to provide inference service
With the recent advances in Generative AI and large language models (LLMs) real-life usage with applications such as ChatGPT from OpenAI, NeuReality’s technology becomes crucial to create a viable business model around these applications and democratizing the access to this technology for many more industries and users.

Tzvika Shmueli
Co-Founder & VP Operation
Tzvika is a 19 year semiconductor veteran with a proven leadership, deep-technology, and methodology background in implementation and production of semiconductor devices. Tzvika served as VP of backend in Mellanox leading world class complex projects with high integration of very large die-size, large number of high speed IO’s, process-voltage-scaling, and other advanced technologies, working on advanced process node silicon design, all this with high quality and first silicon to production standards.
Yossi Kasus
Co-Founder & VP VLSI
Yossi is a 19 year semiconductor veteran with a proven leadership and deep-technology background in architecture, design, and validation of complex semiconductor devices and systems. Yossi led the VLSI group in EZChip, developing the world best network-processor for Cisco’s service routers. After Mellanox acquired EZChip, Yossi established the Mellanox’s Smart-NIC engineering and led its first smart NIC to production.
Lior Khermosh
CTO
Previously chief scientist and co-founder at ParallelM, Lior is passionate and experienced in ML, AI, DNNs and ML operationalization, using various of ML and analytics platforms. Expertise in streaming ML. Before that he was a fellow in PMC-Sierra serving as the CTO of the FTTH division.
Ilan Avital
Chief R&D Officer
Ilan is the latest edition to NeuReality’s management team. Ilan has a rich background in the networking and AI domains, having worked at Intel Corp. for 29 years in various engineering and management roles. At Intel, Ilan led the development of several key products, such as the ethernet controllers/adapters, network SoCs, and infrastructure processing units (IPUs) for cloud and communication service providers. He also managed the executive engineering engagements with Google Cloud, co-defining a new class of products optimized for hyperscale cloud infrastructure.
